North West Leicestershire NPA is looking for volunteers to join our Local Independent Advisory Group (LIAG). This group is formed by volunteers from across all areas of North West Leicestershire, who want to work with the local policing team, to offer support, advice and guidance on how local policing is delivered. The group meets a minimum of four times a year and there are opportunities to have a real insight into how local policing is delivered. It is an opportunity to help shape and advise the local teams response to what is happening in your community. If you would like to get involved please contact Inspector Steve Burge via email – IAG@leics.police.uk This will be sent to the LIAG co-ordination group who in turn will notify Inspector Burge or alternatively please contact one of your beat team, details of which are on the Leicestershire police website.
