Your Parish Council is here to represent you.
We aim to represent the residents of Packington to the best of our ability, to enhance the village where we can, to support local groups and enhance the life of residents.
We have recently carried out refurbishment of the Round House and the Village Pump, provided new benches in the village and 8 planters to enhance the village entrances.
We liaise with NWLDC and LCC on issues such as Planning and Traffic Calming.
We are sole trustees to the Breedon and Kiddier Recreation Ground Charity and support it with funding and management of the recreation ground.
We are sole Trustees of the Earl of Huntingdon Charity which supports widows and widowers in the village.
We manage the Solar Farm trusts and make grants to eligible groups in the village. More information here: Grant Funding
